A credit union is a unique financial organization. When you open
your share account, you become a shareholder, or member, of the
credit union.
As a member, you have a voice. Members elect the board of
directors who set rates and policies, who determine what services to
offer, and who help plan for our future. Members are the volunteers
who serve on the board of directors and on the supervisory
committee, the watchdog of our credit union. Members can attend and
participate in our annual meeting. At a credit union, you, the
member, make the difference.
Our field of membership includes anyone who Lives, Works, Worships, or Attends School in Gratiot County, Michigan.
A $10.00 deposit into a primary share account is required and
must be maintained to be a member and to have any other accounts or
loans with GraCo FCU.
