IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT YOUR NEW ATM AND DEBIT CARDS
All of our members with ATM or debit cards should have received new cards and PINs in the mail. Your old cards will no longer work.
Several merchants and processors have still not updated the new card routing information which may cause denials when the card is used as
Debit. The Visa network has been updated. If you are denied as Debit, try to use the card as Credit instead. The money will still come from your checking account.
Because we have switched to an online system, transactions will deduct from your account quicker. Your AVAILABLE BALANCE will NO LONGER ADD TOGETHER the savings and checking account balances. The amount available for debit transactions is the available balance in your checking account.
Please call us if you have any questions or if you have not yet received your new card(s).

Use your ATM or Debit card for cash withdrawals from your account at GraCo's new ATM located just past the first drive thru window at our office!
GraCo members using their GraCo ATM or Debit cards will not get charged a service fee for transactions at this machine.

ONLINE LOAN APPROVALS 24 HOURS / DAY!
With GraCo FCU's new Decision Now loan processor, you can now get instant 24 hour loan approval!
To apply for your loan, choose the HOME BANKING button on the left. Go to APPLICATIONS. Choose the appropriate information and fill in the blanks.
When you submit the request, you will receive an approval or a pending response. The pending response does not mean that your request is denied, it just means that we need more info from you.
An approval will require you to set a time with the credit union to disburse the loan and receive the funds. You can contact us at 989-463-1247 or we'll contact you at the number you list on your application.
